About
Say “hey “ to our team!
We have been a part of MCW at Hub Central since January 2018 and are happy to be of service every day!
Our morning super star is Jack who hails from Wauwatosa. When he’s not perfecting his latte art, he enjoys good food and traveling. One of his most recent trips was a month eating and exploring his way through Japan.
Ally comes to us from a background in customer service and fitness and most recently worked at Experience Fitness. She enjoys her customers and as well as her co workers and we’d be lost without her steady and kind presence.
Tierel started at Hub Central mere months out of high school. He’s now well on his way to a degree in Psychology. When not playing chess or reading, he bakes a mean banana bread which he occasionally shares with his colleagues.
Yesenia has been a great addition to our front of the house team! She enjoys being part of our team, makes a mean latte and her favorite coffee drink is crème brulee! She spends most of her time taking care of guests but is keeping the office running smoothly as well. !
Sarah is part of dynamic trio of sisters that add so much to the team. She’s great with customers and such an amazing addition to the team. She’d rather be lifting weights while listening to Andrew Huberman podcasts but also splits her time here with our “parent” at Eddie Martini’s.
Marissa is her kid sister, and a quiet, unflappable presence in the kitchen, but you will also see her up front on Monday mornings. She loves spending time with her fam, particularly her 2 daughters and admires the “girl power” espoused by Bunnie XO
Amanda rounds out the trio of sibs! She has taken over the baking and some managerial tasks at Hub Central. She loves have creative license with the bakery, and our hope is that you love it too! When not here, she’s spending time with her kiddos and prefers the beach and a good book any day!
Anne helps with baking a couple days a week to bring you things like her favorite caramel walnut bars and was the baker behind Pi Day. When she isn’t here, you can find her running or hanging out with her grandkids.
Berry also helps with baking, and you will see more of her layered cakes and decorated cookies to come. Her favorite thing to bake is chocolate chip cookies. When she isn’t baking here, she loves to bake for family and friends at home as well as embroider.
Patrick is our resident green thumb and consummate gardener. He collects the seeds from his harvest and we are all beneficiaries of his generosity. He loves tacos, family and music. What else do ya need?
Erik hails originally from El Salvador. While he’s trying to adapt to our winters, he’d prefer hiking with his family. Watch for Salvadoran pupusa and tamales soon in our grab and go.
Lois brings her soulful cooking to us 3 days a week. She still calls Mississippi home and enjoys traveling and going out for dinner. You’ll find her talents showcased in our grab and go cooler.
Sara rounds out the team. She has been here from the very beginning, and is so grateful for the creative license that MCW and Eddie Martinin’s allow her. Travel, exercise, reading and her 3 grandkiddos are the way she spends her free time.
