May 5 Carnitas..crispy pork tacos with lettuce, cilantro, lime, diced onion and some heat

May 6 Steak Tacos with roasted poblano salsa, lime, lettuce and cilantro

May 7 Chicken Tinga with red sauce, onion and lettuce

May 8 Birria Tacos..braised goat with avocado crema, lettuce, diced onion
